The 86' Joey
The Joey is a pilothouse cruiser with four staterooms, a comfortable salon and galley, and an upper level pilothouse. Specs include 3,200 HP from twin MTUs, 2,500 gallons of fuel, 500 gallons of water and two Kohler gen sets. Dimensions are 86’0” length, 22’0” beam and 5’0” draft.
Through the aft entry into the salon you'll find a table, built-in seating area, an entertainment center to starboard, and a cozy table and chairs to port. Stairs nearby lead down to the mid-ship full beam master stateroom, a day head, utility room and the forward engine room door. Up two stairs are the full galley with food prep island to starboard, and a built-in dining area with a panoramic view. The galley area is also a hub for activity. There's an exit to the port side covered walkway, or stairs leading up to the pilothouse, and also stairs that take you down to the other three guest staterooms. The pilothouse upper level has two helm chairs, a raised settee area and wet bar with fridge. Three exterior doors give you access to the boat deck and the two side decks.
From the boarding step, twin curved stairs take you to the California deck where comfortable built-in aft seating doubles as deck lockers. To starboard is a remote steering station for precise docking. Covered walkways on both sides make line handling easier, even in bad weather. To port are stairs to the boat deck where a 15' Noverania is ready to be launched by the davit. Just aft of the pilothouse is an L-shaped seating area with deck lockers under. A large barbeque is to port, for entertaining.
