Nordlund is a family-owned, family-run boat yard. A rare thing these days. In a time when many boat companies last only a handful of years, we're proud to be celebrating 50 years of steady as she goes.

Our approach to building boats explains why so many owners are building their second or third Nordlund. They know us, have enjoyed working with us before, and trust that we'll do our job as well as anyone can.

And it's a two way street. Boat building is a lot of fun when a savvy owner gets together with a talented builder. One thing we've learned. While these boats are enormous endeavors costing significant sums, they're primarily built so you can have fun. So we try to start things off in the right direction by being enjoyable people to work with.

Of course there's a lot more to building a great boat. Design. Innovation. Quality. Dependability. Our boats have all those attributes. But even more, people return to build another Nordlund because of the camaraderie here. It's why our customers come back. Simple as that.
